ETC was established specifically to help small businesses reach their full potential.
The Directors, Doug D'Aubrey and Matthew Chuck, have helped over 100 small businesses to date; ranging from catering; printing; financial services, IT support and many more.
Both directors have a wealth of experience that qualifies them to work in this capacity. Before launching his own businesses, Doug D'Aubrey worked at senior level in the manned guarding security sector for Burns International Services. Dealing with large manpower issues, training, man-management, HR, logistics and sales development; his most notable success was turning them round from an £800,000 flagging annual turnover, to a £5m resounding success story. Capitalising on these skills, Doug then moved into management consulting and training, and ultimately launched ETC.
Matthew Chuck gained a degree in chemistry in chemistry in 1970, which paved the way for a career in industry, both at home and abroad. He spent a lengthy period as Sales Director at the Frankfurt HQ of Alcoa (Aluminium Company of America ), directing sales efforts of around 120 million Euros annually.
A return to the UK in 2002 saw him set up his own consulting business, during which time he customised and delivered programmes for DuPont Safety Resources. This background in international sales, strategic planning and consulting is a great asset to ETC.
Underpinning this broad base of knowledge is an additional team of eight trusted, expert consultants, with an array of skills covering the whole business spectrum.
